Whatever they name, notice whether it involves stillness (quiet, a certain place) or connection (being close to someone), that tells you the specific ingredients of true calm for them, worth building more of into ordinary life.

If they describe a moment involving you or the family directly, that's a wonderful, quiet signal that home itself is one of their peaceful places, not just an obligation.

If they say they don't really feel that peaceful very often, that's worth taking seriously and gently, it may point to a need for more calm, unhurried moments in their days, not more activities.
