If they describe something vivid and specific, they have a clear sense of what genuinely recharges them, which shows self-knowledge worth respecting rather than filling their time for them.

If they say "just nothing, no plans," that's a valid and often deeply needed answer, rest is its own legitimate want, not laziness to be corrected.

If their ideal weekend includes you, let that land warmly without over-celebrating it, just quietly note it as something to make happen.
