What to listen for

If they name something and light up describing it, that's a place where pure enjoyment still exists without pressure, they need that space protected from becoming another thing to perform at.

If they say everything feels competitive to them lately, notice that without judgment, they need to hear that it's okay to want something low-stakes, and you're not going to push them to be relaxed about it either.

If they can't think of one, ask what used to be like that, even years ago, sometimes the memory alone brings back some of that ease.
