What to listen for

If they can immediately picture the moment, it means there's real, uncomplicated joy happening in their life lately, which is worth celebrating just by asking about it.

If the story involves specific people, notice who those people are, that's often a clue to who currently makes them feel most free to be silly and unguarded.

If they can't think of one recently, that's useful to know gently, it might mean lightness has been missing and could use more room in their week.
