What to listen for

If they describe an action, like sharing or hugging, they already have a real, physical language for love that doesn't rely only on saying it out loud.

If they mention doing something for a specific person, that's them showing you exactly who they feel closest to caring for right now.

If they say "I don't know," ask them to show you instead of tell you, sometimes acting it out unlocks what words can't.
