What to listen for

If they get excited and want to add lots of steps, they're showing they crave special rituals that are just between the two of you, something uniquely theirs in the relationship.

If they're more low-key about it but still willing, that's fine too, the willingness itself is what matters, showing they enjoy these small connecting moments even if they don't make a big deal of it.

If they say "I don't know," start the first move yourself and let them build onto it.
