What to listen for

If they can name specific actions, showing up, remembering small things, being there without being asked, it means they've got a real, personal language for love that doesn't rely on words, which is worth honoring exactly as it is.

If they seem a little unsure or say they don't really do that, it's a good moment to reflect back something you've actually noticed them do, so they can see it named from the outside.

Don't push them toward saying feelings out loud if that's not their style, the whole point of the question is honoring the way they already show up for people.
