What to listen for

If they can picture the moment easily and describe it, it means they have at least one relationship right now that feels genuinely light and easy, without performance or pressure, that's a great sign.

If they mention someone you don't know much about, stay curious rather than quizzing them on details; the goal is just knowing that person exists for them.

If they struggle to think of a recent one, that's worth noticing gently, it might mean lightness has been in short supply lately, not that anything is wrong.
