What to listen for

If they describe something bold and upbeat, they see themselves as someone who shows up with energy and confidence, which is a great, healthy self-image.

If they describe something calm or funny instead, that's just as valid, it shows how they experience their own presence, whether steady or playful.

If they say "I don't know," ask them to hum or clap a rhythm instead of describing it in words, sometimes sound is easier than explanation.
